1. Service Scope & Deliverables
JCode Systems provides custom software development, Next.js web application engineering, bespoke ERP/CRM system architecture, and AI automation integration based on individual statements of work (SOW) mutually executed with client organizations.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of project milestone invoices, all custom source code, database architectures, and bespoke user interface assets created for the client belong exclusively to the client, guaranteeing total code sovereignty.
3. System Uptime & SLA Guarantees
For enterprise clients under active maintenance contracts, JCode Systems guarantees a 99.99% infrastructure uptime target for edge-deployed web systems, backed by continuous automated error monitoring.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by commercial contract laws applicable to JCode Systems' operational hubs in the US, UK, and India, depending on the jurisdiction specified in your individual client agreement.
